Na \u00c1frica Austral, <strong>cerca de 45% das \u00e1reas cultivadas com milho sofreram perdas significativas<\/strong> em algumas regi\u00f5es. E as ag\u00eancias clim\u00e1ticas internacionais j\u00e1 alertam para um poss\u00edvel retorno do fen\u00f4meno a partir de 2026\u00b9.<\/p>\n<p>Para a agricultura, a mensagem \u00e9 clara: <strong>os eventos clim\u00e1ticos extremos est\u00e3o se tornando mais frequentes, mais intensos e mais dif\u00edceis de prever<\/strong>. Secas, irregularidade das chuvas, ondas de calor e estresse h\u00eddrico passam a se consolidar como riscos estruturais para as culturas de larga escala.<\/p>\n\n            <div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"cbo-text cbo-margin-container\">\n    <div class=\"\n        text-inner\n                cbo-container\n        container--small        \"\n    >\n        <div class=\"text-content cbo-cms cms--large\">\n            <h2>El Ni\u00f1o: um fen\u00f4meno natural com consequ\u00eancias globais<\/h2>\n<p>El Ni\u00f1o \u00e9 um fen\u00f4meno clim\u00e1tico natural associado ao aquecimento anormal das \u00e1guas do Pac\u00edfico tropical. Ele faz parte do ciclo ENSO (<em>El Ni\u00f1o Southern Oscillation<\/em>), que alterna entre fases quentes (El Ni\u00f1o), fases frias (La Ni\u00f1a) e per\u00edodos neutros.<\/p>\n<p>Embora esse fen\u00f4meno ocorra a milhares de quil\u00f4metros das \u00e1reas agr\u00edcolas europeias, seus efeitos s\u00e3o globais. Os grandes epis\u00f3dios de 1997-1998, 2015-2016 e, mais recentemente, 2023-2024 j\u00e1 deixaram marcas significativas na agricultura mundial. J\u00e1 o girassol, frequentemente considerado mais tolerante, tamb\u00e9m sofre perdas de potencial produtivo quando os per\u00edodos de estresse se prolongam durante a fase de enchimento dos gr\u00e3os.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"cbo-text cbo-margin-container\">\n    <div class=\"\n        text-inner\n                cbo-container\n        container--small        \"\n    >\n        <div class=\"text-content cbo-cms cms--large\">\n            <p>Al\u00e9m dos impactos sobre a produtividade, o El Ni\u00f1o tamb\u00e9m afeta os calend\u00e1rios agr\u00edcolas. Algumas safras come\u00e7am com atraso na semeadura devido \u00e0 falta de umidade suficiente no solo.
