Avec une temp\u00e9rature mondiale atteignant <strong>+1,18\u00b0C au-dessus de la moyenne<\/strong> du 20\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, elle confirme une trajectoire pr\u00e9occupante qui touche d\u00e9sormais tous les continents agricoles.<\/p>\n<p>Mais au-del\u00e0 des records de temp\u00e9rature, c&rsquo;est la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d&rsquo;\u00e9pisodes de chaleur intense et de d\u00e9ficits hydriques pendant les phases critiques de d\u00e9veloppement des cultures qui a profond\u00e9ment marqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;agriculture mondiale. Les \u00e9pisodes de chaleur et de d\u00e9ficit hydrique sont survenus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pendant les phases critiques de d\u00e9veloppement des cultures, multipliant leur impact sur les rendements finaux.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-button scale-up\" data-delay=\"300\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"cbo-text cbo-margin-container\">\n    <div class=\"\n        text-inner\n                cbo-container\n        container--small        \"\n    >\n        <div class=\"text-content cbo-cms cms--large\">\n            <h3>Le ma\u00efs : une culture mondiale \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9trie variable<\/h3>\n<p>Le ma\u00efs, culture majeure \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale, illustre parfaitement les contrastes de 2025 entre r\u00e9gions et syst\u00e8mes de production.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Europe<\/strong>, le printemps 2025 restera comme exceptionnellement sec. Pr\u00e8s de 40% du territoire de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne \u00e9tait en alerte d\u00e8s le printemps. L&rsquo;Allemagne a enregistr\u00e9 son mois de mars le plus sec jamais mesur\u00e9, tandis que le Royaume-Uni a connu son printemps le plus chaud et sec depuis 1893. L&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 a ensuite apport\u00e9 son lot de d\u00e9fis : l&rsquo;Europe occidentale, m\u00e9ridionale et du Sud-Est ont connu des conditions plus s\u00e8ches que la moyenne pendant toute la saison estivale.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>France<\/strong>, le ma\u00efs a pay\u00e9 le plus lourd tribut avec un rendement de 87,5 \u00e0 88,5 q\/ha, soit -8,2% par rapport \u00e0 2024. Deux vagues de chaleur (19 juin-4 juillet pendant 16 jours, puis 8-18 ao\u00fbt) sont survenues pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pendant la floraison et le remplissage des grains. L&rsquo;\u00e9vapotranspiration a atteint 9 mm\/jour (+4 mm vs normale), tandis que le d\u00e9ficit hydrique d\u00e9passait 150 mm dans l&rsquo;Ouest et le Centre. Le ma\u00efs pluvial a particuli\u00e8rement souffert (~77 q\/ha), avec des pertes de 20 \u00e0 30% dans le Poitou-Charentes, les Pays de la Loire, le Limousin, la Bourgogne et le Sud-Ouest. Les besoins en irrigation ont atteint jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 268 mm, soit +50 mm vs la moyenne.<\/p>\n<p>En <strong>Europe du Sud-Est<\/strong>, le Joint Research Centre confirme des pertes irr\u00e9versibles. La Hongrie orientale, la Roumanie du Sud et la Bulgarie ont subi des vagues de chaleur r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es conjugu\u00e9es \u00e0 un manque d&rsquo;eau persistant, avec des rendements bien en dessous de la moyenne quinquennale. L&rsquo;Allemagne, la Pologne et la Hongrie occidentale ont mieux r\u00e9sist\u00e9, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de meilleures r\u00e9partitions des pr\u00e9cipitations.<\/p>\n<p>Aux <strong>\u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong>, malgr\u00e9 des conditions climatiques extr\u00eames, le ma\u00efs a \u00e9tabli un rendement record de 186,0 boisseaux par acre, avec une production de 16,8 milliards de boisseaux (+12% vs 2024). Ce r\u00e9sultat remarquable d\u00e9montre l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;irrigation intensive et des pratiques agricoles adapt\u00e9es pour surmonter les d\u00e9fis climatiques.<\/p>\n<p>Au <strong>Br\u00e9sil<\/strong>, la production a progress\u00e9 de 23,5% pour atteindre un record de 141,6 millions de tonnes, malgr\u00e9 le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne La Ni\u00f1a et des pr\u00e9cipitations
