Deux dispositifs dot\u00e9s de 20 millions d\u2019euros ont subventionn\u00e9 des agro\u00e9quipements adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la culture des prot\u00e9agineux, ol\u00e9o-prot\u00e9agineux et l\u00e9gumineuses. Trop d\u00e9pendante des importations de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, la France s\u2019est en effet fix\u00e9 l\u2019objectif d\u2019accro\u00eetre de 40\u00a0% d\u2019ici 2022 le million d\u2019hectares fran\u00e7ais recens\u00e9s en 2019, d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux esp\u00e8ces v\u00e9g\u00e9tales riches en prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Soja et plan prot\u00e9ines\u00a0: l\u2019atout BEST-a<\/h2>\n<p>Parmi les cultures encourag\u00e9es, le soja et le tournesol. Leurs surfaces progressent. Les importations fran\u00e7aises en soja ont d\u2019ailleurs baiss\u00e9 de 40\u00a0% en dix ans. La sole annuelle, estim\u00e9e \u00e0 quelque 150\u00a0000 hectares, place la France au second rang de la production europ\u00e9enne. Encourageant\u00a0! Mais cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est encore trop circonscrite aux surfaces irrigu\u00e9es du sud-ouest, qui disposent de la bonne combinaison chaleur\/eau. Pour que le soja joue pleinement son r\u00f4le dans l\u2019atteinte des objectifs du plan prot\u00e9ines, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00e9tendre sa culture aux zones non irrigu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La recherche vari\u00e9tale doit accro\u00eetre la disponibilit\u00e9 en vari\u00e9t\u00e9s pr\u00e9coces pour \u00e9tendre la zone de culture vers le nord. Mais cela ne r\u00e9glera pas la question strat\u00e9gique du besoin en eau \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 400-450 mm pour atteindre un rendement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 35\u00a0q\/ha. Les phases de nouaison, floraison et du remplissage sont ainsi particuli\u00e8rement sensibles au stress hydrique. Pour la r\u00e9ussite du plan prot\u00e9ines, le rendement du soja est un enjeu aussi pr\u00e9gnant que l\u2019accroissement des surfaces.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Viser le seuil de rentabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Pour Christian Daniau, Pr\u00e9sident de la Chambre d\u2019Agriculture de la Charente, en charge du dossier \u201cProt\u00e9ines Nouvelle-Aquitaine\u201d, s\u00e9curiser la production fait pleinement partie du projet\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Pour le soja, comme pour les autres cultures, il faut activer tous les leviers, de l\u2019amont \u00e0 l\u2019aval de chaque fili\u00e8re. C\u2019est un travail tr\u00e8s exigeant, mais qui s\u2019impose, pour lutter contre les effets du changement climatique. Sur le segment de la production du soja, outre la recherche sur les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00e9quipement des coop\u00e9ratives pour le stockage et l\u2019aide au financement de coupes adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9colte, la question de la ressource en eau et d\u2019une valorisation optimis\u00e9e des apports par la plante est capitale. Des r\u00e9ponses apport\u00e9es d\u00e9pendent la stabilit\u00e9 du rendement et la rentabilit\u00e9 de la culture.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En proposant un biostimulant qui incite la plante \u00e0 optimiser son usage des r\u00e9serves hydriques disponibles,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elicit-plant.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Elicit Plant<\/a>\u00a0agit pour la stabilit\u00e9 du rendement de la culture, m\u00eame en conditions s\u00e8ches.
