Pour conjurer les pr\u00e9visions alarmistes, les pouvoirs publics ont lanc\u00e9, en mai 2021,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.gouv.fr\/dossier-de-presse-varenne-agricole-de-leau-et-de-ladaptation-au-changement-climatique%20\/%20https:\/agriculture.gouv.fr\/video-le-lancement-du-varenne-agricole-de-leau-et-de-ladaptation-au-changement-climatique\">le Varenne agricole de l\u2019eau et de l\u2019adaptation au changement climatique.<\/a>\u00a0Les travaux, confi\u00e9s \u00e0 trois groupes, d\u00e9boucheront en janvier sur une feuille de route op\u00e9rationnelle. Objectif\u00a0: prot\u00e9ger et adapter notre agriculture face aux d\u00e9fis du changement climatique. Les mots \u201cVarenne de l\u2019eau\u201d sous-entendent un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier pour les probl\u00e8mes caus\u00e9s par les s\u00e9cheresses r\u00e9currentes. Mais n\u2019oublions pas l\u2019\u201dAdaptation au changement climatique\u201d, celui-ci augurant de devoir relever de nombreux d\u00e9fis\u00a0: r\u00e9surgences de maladies, coups de gel et intemp\u00e9ries diverses, salissements probl\u00e9matiques, qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9coltes\u2026 Une approche globale donc, qui donne l\u2019occasion \u00e0 Elicit Plant,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/innovin.fr\/adherents\/elicit-plant\/\">membre actif de la recherche sur les biostimulants<\/a>\u00a0et d\u00e9veloppeur de la solution BEST-a, d\u2019apporter sa pierre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9difice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Danger sur la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des productions\u00a0!<\/h2>\n<p>Les alertes se multiplient depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Les dangers qui planent sur la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des productions font l\u2019objet d\u2019une surveillance renforc\u00e9e. Fran\u00e7ois Hervieu, chef de service r\u00e9gional de l\u2019Alimentation en Nouvelle Aquitaine (DRAAF), en t\u00e9moigne\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Au-del\u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9cheresse et de la th\u00e9matique du stockage des eaux, regard\u00e9s de pr\u00e8s par un autre service de la DRAAF, le service de l\u2019Alimentation constate les divers effets des al\u00e9as climatiques sur l\u2019\u00e9tat sanitaire des cultures, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.\u00a0\u00bb Du gel aux inondations qui fragilisent les plants, en passant par la s\u00e9cheresse, auxquels s\u2019ajoutent les infestations (ambroisie, datura), le salissement et les maladies, la gestion sanitaire se complexifie. C\u2019est le cas aussi pour le ma\u00efs, dont la Nouvelle Aquitaine est l\u2019un des principaux bassins de production.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0On parle non plus seulement d\u2019al\u00e9as, mais de chocs climatiques, poursuit Fran\u00e7ois Hervieu. Pour y faire face tout en pr\u00e9servant l\u2019environnement, les intrants et leurs usages, y compris le segment des biostimulants, auront leur r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BEST-a\u00a0: un atout r\u00e9silience pour le ma\u00efs<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elicit-plant.com\/fr\/produits\/best-a-mais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BEST-a<\/a>, biostimulant d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Elicit Plant, pr\u00e9sente certes un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour optimiser l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019eau disponible (pluie ou irrigation), en r\u00e9duisant l\u2019\u00e9vapotranspiration. Mais ses avantages, dans la perspective du Varenne de l\u2019eau et de l\u2019adaptation au changement climatique, ne se r\u00e9duisent pas \u00e0 la lutte contre la s\u00e9cheresse. \u00ab\u00a0Avec ce type de produits, on coche potentiellement plusieurs cases, li\u00e9es aux th\u00e9matiques \u00e0 enjeux\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Fran\u00e7ois Hervieu. \u00ab\u00a0La fermeture des stomates sur les plants de ma\u00efs, qui r\u00e9duit l\u2019\u00e9vapotranspiration, retarde aussi l\u2019action des maladies et r\u00e9duit leur intensit\u00e9.
