Nadalje, dostupnost obnovljive vode po stanovniku <strong>smanjila se za 7% tijekom posljednjeg desetlje\u0107a<\/strong>, prema a\u017euriranju FAO AQUASTAT 2025 i sa\u017eecima UNESCO\/WWDR 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Novi globalni kontekst tako\u0111er otkriva <strong>izra\u017eene regionalne razlike<\/strong> u pogledu vodnog stresa i <strong>u\u010dinkovitosti kori\u0161tenja vode<\/strong> (SDG 6.4 pokazatelji). U pojedinim regijama poljoprivreda \u010dini <strong>&gt;80% zahva\u0107anja vode<\/strong>, \u0161to stvara sna\u017ean pritisak na vodonosnike i slivove u uvjetima sve ve\u0107e klimatske varijabilnosti<sup><a href=\"#ref-1\"> [1]<\/a> <a href=\"#ref-2\">[2]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Sjeverna Amerika: unapre\u0111enje preciznosti u upravljanju vodom<\/h2>\n<h3>Klju\u010dni izazov<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Vodonosnik High Plains\/Ogallala<\/strong> i dalje se suo\u010dava s <strong>padom razine i zaliha<\/strong>, \u0161to zna\u010dajno utje\u010de na proizvodnju kukuruza i pamuka te ograni\u010dava produktivnost u uvjetima ponavljaju\u0107ih su\u0161a. Nedavna izvje\u0161\u0107a (USGS\/Kansas Geological Survey; USDA Climate Hubs; NIDIS\/Drought.gov) ukazuju na trend kroni\u010dnog iscrpljivanja, nagla\u0161avaju\u0107i potrebu za <strong>ciljevima na razini sliva i upravljanjem potra\u017enjom<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-3\"> [3]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Navodnjavane kulture i dominantne tehnologije<\/h3>\n<p>U Sjedinjenim Ameri\u010dkim Dr\u017eavama <strong>sustavi centralnog pivota<\/strong> koriste se za <strong>kukuruz<\/strong>, <strong>pamuk<\/strong>, <strong>lucernu<\/strong> i <strong>specijalizirane kulture<\/strong>. Trenuta\u010dni trendovi uklju\u010duju automatizaciju putem telemetrije, senzora tla i biljaka te modeliranja evapotranspiracije (ET).<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja Kansas State (2025) pokazuju da smanjenje brzine pivota pove\u0107ava u\u010dinkovitu dubinu infiltracije, \u0161to mo\u017ee smanjiti gubitke i pobolj\u0161ati prinose bez dodatnih kapitalnih ulaganja (CAPEX).<\/p>\n<p>Procjene u\u010dinkovitosti ukazuju na <strong>potencijalne u\u0161tede do ~25%<\/strong> kada se optimiziraju odr\u017eavanje, tlak i ujedna\u010denost.<\/p>\n<p>U <strong>sredi\u0161njim ravnicama Nebraske<\/strong> pokusi sa <strong>senzorima montiranima na pivot (termalni\/multispektralni)<\/strong> pokazali su smanjenje koli\u010dine vode uz o\u010duvanje prinosa, otvaraju\u0107i put automatiziranom pokretanju navodnjavanja na temelju toplinskog stresa<sup><a href=\"#ref-4\"> [4]<\/a> <a href=\"#ref-5\">[5]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Dokazane najbolje prakse<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Dijagnostika sustava\/OPTIM:<\/strong> Procjena tlaka, regulatora, mlaznica i ujedna\u010denosti kako bi se smanjila nedovoljna primjena vode i gubici uslijed zano\u0161enja ili isparavanja<sup><a href=\"#ref-4\"> [4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planiranje temeljeno na senzorima + ET:<\/strong> Kori\u0161tenje temperaturnih prozora (navodnjavanje u hladnijim razdobljima) radi smanjenja isparavanja<sup><a href=\"#ref-4\"> [4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adaptivno upravljanje Ogallalom:<\/strong> Regionalne inicijative (Ogallala Aquifer Program) usmjerene na tehnologije navodnjavanja i lokalno upravljanje potra\u017enjom<sup><a href=\"#ref-3\"> [3]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tehni\u010dka poruka:<\/strong> U glavnim navodnjavanim podru\u010djima SAD-a, <strong>postupna pove\u0107anja u\u010dinkovitosti (O&amp;M + kontrola)<\/strong> donose brze rezultate; <strong>automatizacija i senzori na pivotu<\/strong> ubrzavaju <strong>produktivnost po kapljici<\/strong> uz brz operativni povrat ulaganja<sup><a href=\"#ref-5\"> [5]<\/a> <a href=\"#ref-4\">[4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ju\u017ena Amerika: o\u010duvanje tla i vode te precizno navodnjavanje u tropskom\/suptropskom pojasu<\/h2>\n<h3>Brazil: podaci, upravljanje i odr\u017eiva intenzifikacija<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Vodni profil 2023\/2024:<\/strong> Prema izvje\u0161\u0107u o stanju vodnih resursa (ANA, 2023), <strong>navodnjavanje \u010dini ~50,5%<\/strong> ukupnih zahva\u0107anja vode u zemlji (64,18 bilijuna litara\/godi\u0161nje), nadma\u0161uju\u0107i urbanu opskrbu (23,9%) i industriju (9,4%). Ekstremni doga\u0111aji, uklju\u010duju\u0107i poplave (1,5 milijuna pogo\u0111enih) i su\u0161e (7 milijuna pogo\u0111enih), porasli su tijekom razdoblja 2022\u20132023<sup><a href=\"#ref-6\"> [6]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Navodnjavane kulture po regijama:<\/strong> Ri\u017ea (Jug); \u0161e\u0107erna trska (Centar-Jug); specijalizirane kulture i kava (Jugoistok); <strong>\u017eitarice (soja\/kukuruz)<\/strong> <strong>pod pivot sustavima<\/strong> u regijama <strong>Cerrado\/MATOPIBA<\/strong>. \u0160irenje i modernizacija pivot sustava te <strong>kaplji\u010dnog navodnjavanja<\/strong> stabilizirali su prinose unato\u010d nepravilnim obrascima oborina<sup><a href=\"#ref-7\"> [7]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h4>Klju\u010dne prakse o\u010duvanja<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Sustav bez oranja (SPD):<\/strong> Brazilska federacija (FEBRAPDP) procjenjuje <strong>&gt;33 milijuna ha<\/strong> pod SPD-om, \u0161to smanjuje eroziju te pove\u0107ava infiltraciju i recikliranje vode i biogeokemijskih tvari<sup><a href=\"#ref-7\"> [7]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Integracija usjeva, sto\u010darstva i \u0161umarstva (ILPF):<\/strong> Nedavne procjene ILPF mre\u017ee ukazuju na <strong>~17,4 milijuna ha<\/strong>, uz projekcije <strong>~20,1 milijun ha<\/strong> do 2024. godine. Time se ILPF potvr\u0111uje kao klju\u010dni alat za <strong>infiltraciju<\/strong>, <strong>sjenjenje<\/strong>, <strong>organsku tvar<\/strong> i <strong>stabilnost vode<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-8\"> [8]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h4>Dokazane najbolje prakse<\/h4>\n<p><strong>\u201eAutenti\u010dni\u201d sustav bez oranja (SPD):<\/strong> Temeljen na trima klju\u010dnim principima i plodoredu, pobolj\u0161ava kapacitet tla, infiltraciju i smanjuje povr\u0161insko otjecanje, \u010dime se voda zadr\u017eava u profilu tla prema smjernicama Embrapa\/FEBRAPDP<sup><a href=\"#ref-7\"> [7]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Difuzno zadr\u017eavanje vode (\u201ebarraginhas\u201d) i terasiranje:<\/strong> U kombinaciji sa sustavima bez oranja pove\u0107avaju lokalnu infiltraciju i ubla\u017eavaju vr\u0161ne oborinske doga\u0111aje, posebno u regiji Cerrado<sup><a href=\"#ref-7\"> [7]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pivot + senzori\/telemetrija + ET u \u017eitaricama:<\/strong> Pove\u0107anja u\u010dinkovitosti kori\u0161tenja vode ve\u0107a od 25% mogu se posti\u0107i optimizacijom odr\u017eavanja i planiranja (na temelju K-State podataka)<sup><a href=\"#ref-4\"> [4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Argentina i \u010cile: tehnolo\u0161ki napredno navodnjavanje u uvjetima klimatske varijabilnosti<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Argentina:<\/strong> Proizvodnja <strong>soje<\/strong>, <strong>kukuruza<\/strong>, <strong>p\u0161enice<\/strong> i <strong>suncokreta<\/strong> uglavnom ovisi o oborinama (navodnjavanje &lt;3%). Navodnjavanje je koncentrirano u <strong>vo\u0107arstvu i vinogradarstvu<\/strong> (Cuyo\/Patagonija). Iako izvje\u0161\u0107a za 2025\/26 pokazuju <strong>rekordnu proizvodnju p\u0161enice (27,8 Mt)<\/strong>, niska razina navodnjavanja nagla\u0161ava <strong>ovisnost o klimi<\/strong> i va\u017enost o\u010duvanja tla i vode<sup><a href=\"#ref-9\"> [9]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cile:<\/strong> Suo\u010den s <strong>dugotrajnom su\u0161om<\/strong>, poljoprivredni sektor \u2014 osobito <strong>vinogradi i vo\u0107njaci<\/strong> \u2014 ubrzao je primjenu <strong>kaplji\u010dnog\/mikronavodnjavanja<\/strong> i <strong>senzorski vo\u0111enog upravljanja<\/strong>. Istra\u017eivanja u regiji Maule pokazala su da <strong>deficitno navodnjavanje (-25% do -50%)<\/strong> odr\u017eava produktivnost i pove\u0107ava <strong>u\u010dinkovitost kori\u0161tenja vode (WUE)<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-10\"> [10]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Europa: regulativa + tehnologija + ponovna uporaba<\/h2>\n<p>EU djeluje u okviru <strong>Okvirne direktive o vodama (WFD)<\/strong> i <strong>ZPP-a 2023\u201327 (eko-sheme)<\/strong>, koje ja\u010daju ciljeve kvalitete i koli\u010dine te poti\u010du <strong>poljoprivredu s niskim utjecajem na vodu<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-11\"> [11]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Gdje i koliko se navodnjava<\/h3>\n<p>Podaci Eurostata pokazuju da je pribli\u017eno <strong>5,9% kori\u0161tene poljoprivredne povr\u0161ine (UAA)<\/strong> bilo navodnjavano 2016. godine. Italija i \u0160panjolska prednja\u010de po povr\u0161inama pod navodnjavanjem. Metodolo\u0161ko a\u017euriranje planirano je za 2026. Navodnjavanje u <strong>mediteranskom bazenu<\/strong> podr\u017eava maslinike, vinograde, industrijsku raj\u010dicu, hortikulturne kulture i proljetne \u017eitarice, uglavnom putem <strong>kaplji\u010dnih ili tla\u010dnih sustava<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-11\"> [11]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Ponovna uporaba kao strukturni izvor (fokus na \u0160panjolsku)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Murcia<\/strong> <strong>reciklira<\/strong> pribli\u017eno <strong>98% komunalnih otpadnih voda<\/strong> (uz po\u0161tivanje standarda dezinfekcije)<sup><a href=\"#ref-12\"> [12]<\/a><\/sup>. Ovaj izvor pokriva oko <strong>15% regionalne potra\u017enje za navodnjavanjem<\/strong> i predstavlja referentni model sigurne poljoprivredne ponovne uporabe vode.<\/p>\n<p>Nedavne analize identificiraju <strong>izazove i rje\u0161enja<\/strong> vezana uz salinitet, nove zaga\u0111iva\u010de i institucionalne okvire. Tako\u0111er potvr\u0111uju <strong>ekonomsku i okoli\u0161nu odr\u017eivost<\/strong>, uklju\u010duju\u0107i oporavak hranjivih tvari i smanjenje emisija u lancu opskrbe, u skladu s <strong>Uredbom (EU) 2020\/741<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-13\"> [13]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Europske analize pokazuju da poljoprivreda \u010dini pribli\u017eno <strong>28% zahva\u0107anja vode u EU<\/strong>.
