Sa globalnim temperaturama koje su dostigle <strong>+1,18\u00b0C iznad proseka 20. veka<\/strong>, to potvr\u0111uje zabrinjavaju\u0107i trend koji sada poga\u0111a poljoprivredne regione na svim kontinentima.<\/p>\n<p>Pored temperaturnih rekorda, ponovljena pojava intenzivnih toplotnih talasa i deficita vode tokom klju\u010dnih faza razvoja useva sna\u017eno je oblikovala globalnu poljoprivredu. Od Evrope do Severne Amerike, uklju\u010duju\u0107i Brazil, ratarske kulture na velikim povr\u0161inama suo\u010dile su se sa posebno zahtevnim uslovima, sa razli\u010ditim posledicama u zavisnosti od regionalnog konteksta i kapaciteta prilago\u0111avanja.<\/p>\n<p>Podaci FAO (Organizacije Ujedinjenih nacija za hranu i poljoprivredu) su jasni: gotovo <strong>2 milijarde ljudi<\/strong> danas \u017eivi u <strong>regionima u kojima poljoprivredni prinosi opadaju<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Za poljoprivrednike, 2025. godina predstavlja vrlo realnu ekonomsku stvarnost, obele\u017eenu zna\u010dajnim gubicima prinosa u pojedinim oblastima i rastu\u0107im pritiskom na proizvodne sisteme.<\/p>\n\n            <div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n        <\/div>\n pojedine useve\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-text scale-up\" data-delay=\"200\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Na globalnom nivou: istorijski topla godina<\/h3>\n<p>Godina 2025 svrstava se me\u0111u najtoplije godine od po\u010detka instrumentalnih merenja. Ovu dugotrajnu toplotu pratilo je pove\u0107anje broja velikih klimatskih doga\u0111aja: rekordni \u0161umski po\u017eari u Evropi, indeksi klimatskih ekstrema u Sjedinjenim Ameri\u010dkim Dr\u017eavama za 58% iznad proseka, kao i neregularni obrasci padavina na vi\u0161e kontinenata.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to posebno defini\u0161e 2025. godinu nije toliko apsolutni intenzitet ovih pojava, koliko njihova <strong>u\u010destalost i vremensko poklapanje<\/strong>. Toplotni talasi i deficiti vode javljali su se upravo tokom klju\u010dnih faza razvoja useva, zna\u010dajno poja\u010davaju\u0107i njihov uticaj na kona\u010dne prinose.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"content-button scale-up\" data-delay=\"300\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"cbo-text cbo-margin-container\">\n    <div class=\"\n        text-inner\n                cbo-container\n        container--small        \"\n    >\n        <div class=\"text-content cbo-cms cms--large\">\n            <h3>Kukuruz: globalna kultura sa veoma promenljivim rezultatima<\/h3>\n<p>Kukuruz, jedna od najzna\u010dajnijih globalnih ratarskih kultura, savr\u0161eno ilustruje kontraste 2025. godine izme\u0111u regiona i proizvodnih sistema.<\/p>\n<p>U <strong>Evropi<\/strong> \u0107e prole\u0107e 2025. ostati upam\u0107eno kao izuzetno suvo. Ve\u0107 tokom prole\u0107a gotovo 40% teritorije Evropske unije bilo je pod upozorenjima. Nema\u010dka je zabele\u017eila najsu\u0161niji mart ikada izmeren, dok je Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo do\u017eivelo najtoplije i najsu\u0161nije prole\u0107e od 1893. godine. Leto je potom donelo dodatne izazove: zapadna, ju\u017ena i jugoisto\u010dna Evropa imale su suvlje uslove od vi\u0161egodi\u0161njeg proseka tokom \u010ditave sezone.<\/p>\n<p>U <strong>Francuskoj<\/strong> je kukuruz platio najve\u0107u cenu, sa prinosima u rasponu od 87,5 do 88,5 q\/ha, \u0161to predstavlja pad od <strong>-8,2%<\/strong> u pore\u0111enju sa 2024. godinom. Dva toplotna talasa (od 19. juna do 4. jula u trajanju od 16 dana, zatim od 8. do 18. avgusta) javila su se ta\u010dno tokom faza cvetanja i nalivanja zrna. Evapotranspiracija je dostigla <strong>9 mm\/dan<\/strong> (+4 mm u odnosu na normalu), dok su deficiti vode prema\u0161ili <strong>150 mm<\/strong> u zapadnim i centralnim regionima. Kukuruz gajen bez navodnjavanja bio je posebno pogo\u0111en (~77 q\/ha), sa gubicima od 20 do 30% u regionima Poitou-Charentes, Pays de la Loire, Limousin, Burgundiji i na jugozapadu zemlje. Zahtevi za navodnjavanjem dostizali su do <strong>268 mm<\/strong>, odnosno +50 mm u odnosu na prosek.<\/p>\n<p>U <strong>Jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi<\/strong> Zajedni\u010dki istra\u017eiva\u010dki centar potvr\u0111uje nepovratne gubitke. Isto\u010dna Ma\u0111arska, ju\u017ena Rumunija i Bugarska do\u017eivele su ponovljene toplotne talase u kombinaciji sa dugotrajnim nesta\u0161icama vode, \u0161to je rezultiralo prinosima znatno ispod petogodi\u0161njeg proseka. Nema\u010dka, Poljska i zapadna Ma\u0111arska ostvarile su bolje rezultate, zahvaljuju\u0107i povoljnijoj raspodeli padavina.<\/p>\n<p>U <strong>Sjedinjenim Ameri\u010dkim Dr\u017eavama<\/strong>, uprkos ekstremnim klimatskim uslovima, kukuruz je ostvario rekordan prinos od <strong>186,0 bu\u0161ela po akru<\/strong>, dok je ukupna proizvodnja dostigla <strong>16,8 milijardi bu\u0161ela<\/strong> (+12% u odnosu na 2024). U <strong>Francuskoj<\/strong> prinosi su dostigli 21,7 q\/ha (+10,7% u odnosu na 2024), zahvaljuju\u0107i boljoj prirodnoj toleranciji i vegetacionom ciklusu koji je izbegao najkriti\u010dnije periode. Me\u0111utim, u <strong>Jugoisto\u010dnoj Evropi<\/strong> suncokret je bio sna\u017eno pogo\u0111en u podru\u010djima izlo\u017eenim ponovljenim toplotnim talasima.<\/p>\n<h4>\u017ditarice<\/h4>\n<p>\u017ditarice su imale koristi od povoljnog kalendara. Njihov rani vegetacioni ciklus odvijao se pre najintenzivnijih letnjih klimatskih doga\u0111aja. U <strong>Francuskoj<\/strong> je meka p\u0161enica dostigla 74 q\/ha (+18% u odnosu na 2024), dok je je\u010dam zabele\u017eio rast od 12%.
