Pored toga, dostupnost obnovljivih vodnih resursa po stanovniku <strong>opala je za 7% u poslednjih deset godina<\/strong>, prema podacima FAO AQUASTAT 2025 i UNESCO\/WWDR 2024 izve\u0161taja.<\/p>\n<p>Novi globalni kontekst tako\u0111e pokazuje <strong>izra\u017eene regionalne razlike<\/strong> u pogledu vodnog stresa i <strong>efikasnosti kori\u0161\u0107enja vode<\/strong> (SDG 6.4 indikatori). U pojedinim regionima poljoprivreda u\u010destvuje sa <strong>&gt;80% ukupnih zahvatanja vode<\/strong>, \u0161to vr\u0161i ogroman pritisak na vodonosnike i slivove usled sve izra\u017eenije klimatske varijabilnosti<sup><a href=\"#ref-1\"> [1]<\/a> <a href=\"#ref-2\">[2]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Severna Amerika: unapre\u0111enje preciznosti u upravljanju vodom<\/h2>\n<h3>Klju\u010dni izazov<\/h3>\n<p>Vodonosnik <strong>High Plains\/Ogallala Aquifer<\/strong> i dalje se suo\u010dava sa <strong>opadanjem nivoa i kapaciteta<\/strong>, \u0161to zna\u010dajno uti\u010de na proizvodnju kukuruza i pamuka i uslovljava produktivnost u uslovima u\u010destalih su\u0161a. Najnoviji izve\u0161taji (USGS\/Kansas Geological Survey; USDA Climate Hubs; NIDIS\/Drought.gov) ukazuju na trend hroni\u010dnog iscrpljivanja, nagla\u0161avaju\u0107i potrebu za <strong>ciljevima prilago\u0111enim slivovima i upravljanjem potra\u017enjom<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-3\"> [3]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Navodnjavani usevi i dominantne tehnologije<\/h3>\n<p>U Sjedinjenim Ameri\u010dkim Dr\u017eavama, <strong>center pivot sistemi<\/strong> koriste se za <strong>kukuruz<\/strong>, <strong>pamuk<\/strong>, <strong>lucerku<\/strong> i <strong>specijalizovane useve<\/strong>. Aktuelni trendovi uklju\u010duju automatizaciju putem telemetrije, senzora za zemlji\u0161te i biljke, i modeliranje evapotranspiracije (ET).<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja Univerziteta Kansas State (2025) pokazuju da smanjenje brzine pivot sistema pove\u0107ava efektivnu dubinu infiltracije, \u010dime se smanjuju gubici i pove\u0107ava prinos bez dodatnih CAPEX ulaganja.<\/p>\n<p>Procene efikasnosti ukazuju na <strong>potencijalne u\u0161tede i do ~25%<\/strong> kada se optimizuju odr\u017eavanje, pritisak i uniformnost.<\/p>\n<p>U regionu <strong>Centralne Nebraske<\/strong>, eksperimenti sa <strong>senzorima na pivot sistemima (termalni\/multispektralni)<\/strong> pokazali su smanjenu potro\u0161nju vode uz o\u010duvanje prinosa, otvaraju\u0107i put ka automatizovanom navodnjavanju zasnovanom na termalnom stresu<sup><a href=\"#ref-4\"> [4]<\/a> <a href=\"#ref-5\">[5]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Dokazane najbolje prakse<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Dijagnostika sistema\/OPTIM:<\/strong> Provera pritiska, regulatora, mlaznica i uniformnosti radi smanjenja nedovoljne primene i gubitaka usled zano\u0161enja ili isparavanja<sup><a href=\"#ref-4\"> [4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planiranje na osnovu senzora + ET:<\/strong> Kori\u0161\u0107enje termalnih prozora (navodnjavanje u hladnijim periodima) radi smanjenja isparavanja<sup><a href=\"#ref-4\"> [4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adaptivno upravljanje Ogallalom:<\/strong> Regionalne inicijative usmerene na tehnologije navodnjavanja i lokalno upravljanje potra\u017enjom<sup><a href=\"#ref-3\"> [3]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tehni\u010dka poruka:<\/strong> U glavnim navodnjavanim regionima SAD, <strong>postepena pobolj\u0161anja efikasnosti (O&amp;M + kontrola)<\/strong> daju brze rezultate; <strong>automatizacija i senzori na pivotu<\/strong> ubrzavaju <strong>produktivnost po kapljici<\/strong> uz brz operativni povra\u0107aj<sup><a href=\"#ref-5\"> [5]<\/a> <a href=\"#ref-4\">[4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Ju\u017ena Amerika: o\u010duvanje vode u zemlji\u0161tu i precizno navodnjavanje u tropskom\/subtropskom pojasu<\/h2>\n<h3>Brazil: podaci, upravljanje i odr\u017eiva intenzifikacija<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Profil vode 2023\/2024:<\/strong> Prema izve\u0161taju o stanju vodnih resursa (ANA, 2023), <strong>navodnjavanje u\u010destvuje sa ~50.5%<\/strong> ukupnih zahvatanja vode u zemlji (64.18 triliona litara godi\u0161nje), vi\u0161e od urbanog snabdevanja (23.9%) i industrije (9.4%). Ekstremni doga\u0111aji, uklju\u010duju\u0107i poplave (1.5 miliona pogo\u0111enih) i su\u0161e (7 miliona pogo\u0111enih), porasli su u periodu 2022\u20132023<sup><a href=\"#ref-6\"> [6]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Navodnjavani usevi po regionima:<\/strong> Pirina\u010d (jug); \u0161e\u0107erna trska (centralni-jug); specijalizovani usevi i kafa (jugoistok); <strong>\u017eitarice (soja\/kukuruz)<\/strong> <strong>pod pivot sistemima<\/strong> u regionima <strong>Cerrado\/MATOPIBA<\/strong>. \u0160irenje i modernizacija pivot sistema i <strong>kap po kap navodnjavanja<\/strong> stabilizovali su prinose uprkos neredovnim padavinama<sup><a href=\"#ref-7\"> [7]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h4>Klju\u010dne prakse o\u010duvanja<\/h4>\n<p><strong>No-Till sistem (SPD):<\/strong> Brazilska federacija (FEBRAPDP) procenjuje <strong>&gt;33 miliona ha<\/strong> pod SPD sistemom, \u0161to smanjuje eroziju i pove\u0107ava infiltraciju i recikla\u017eu vode i hranljivih materija<sup><a href=\"#ref-7\"> [7]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Integracija useva, sto\u010darstva i \u0161umarstva (ILPF):<\/strong> Procene ILPF mre\u017ee ukazuju na <strong>~17.4 miliona ha<\/strong>, sa projekcijama od <strong>~20.1 miliona ha<\/strong> do 2024. godine. Ovaj sistem ja\u010da <strong>infiltraciju<\/strong>, <strong>zasen\u010denje<\/strong>, <strong>organsku materiju<\/strong> i <strong>stabilnost vode<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-8\"> [8]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h4>Dokazane najbolje prakse<\/h4>\n<p><strong>&#8222;Autenti\u010dni&#8220; No-Till sistem (SPD):<\/strong> Zasnovan na tri osnovna principa i plodoredu, pobolj\u0161ava kapacitet zemlji\u0161ta, infiltraciju i smanjuje povr\u0161insko oticanje, \u010dime zadr\u017eava vodu u zemlji\u0161tu prema smernicama Embrapa\/FEBRAPDP<sup><a href=\"#ref-7\"> [7]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Difuzno prikupljanje vode (&#8222;Barraginhas&#8220;) i drena\u017ea\/terase:<\/strong> U kombinaciji sa No-Till sistemom, ove tehnike pove\u0107avaju lokalno punjenje vodonosnika i ubla\u017eavaju vr\u0161ne padavine, posebno u regionu Cerrado<sup><a href=\"#ref-7\"> [7]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pivot + senzori\/telemetrija + ET kod \u017eitarica:<\/strong> Dobici preko 25% u efikasnosti kori\u0161\u0107enja vode mogu se posti\u0107i optimizacijom odr\u017eavanja i planiranja<sup><a href=\"#ref-4\"> [4]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Argentina i \u010cile: tehnolo\u0161ki napredno navodnjavanje u uslovima klimatske varijabilnosti<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Argentina:<\/strong> Proizvodnja <strong>soje<\/strong>, <strong>kukuruza<\/strong>, <strong>p\u0161enice<\/strong> i <strong>suncokreta<\/strong> uglavnom zavisi od padavina (navodnjavanje &lt;3% povr\u0161ina). Navodnjavanje je koncentrisano u <strong>vo\u0107arstvu i vinogradarstvu<\/strong>. Iako izve\u0161taji za 2025\/26 pokazuju <strong>rekordnu proizvodnju p\u0161enice (27.8 Mt)<\/strong>, nizak nivo navodnjavanja nagla\u0161ava <strong>zavisnost od klime<\/strong> i va\u017enost o\u010duvanja vode u zemlji\u0161tu<sup><a href=\"#ref-9\"> [9]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cile:<\/strong> Suo\u010den sa <strong>mega-su\u0161anjem<\/strong>, sektor poljoprivrede \u2014 posebno <strong>vinogradi i vo\u0107njaci<\/strong> \u2014 ubrzano uvodi <strong>kap po kap\/mikro navodnjavanje<\/strong> i <strong>senzorsku kontrolu<\/strong>. Istra\u017eivanja u vinogradima u regionu Maule pokazala su da <strong>deficitno navodnjavanje (-25% do -50%)<\/strong> odr\u017eava <strong>prinos<\/strong> i pove\u0107ava <strong>efikasnost kori\u0161\u0107enja vode (WUE)<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-10\"> [10]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Evropa: regulativa + tehnologija + ponovna upotreba<\/h2>\n<p>EU funkcioni\u0161e kroz <strong>Water Framework Directive (WFD)<\/strong> i <strong>CAP 2023\u201327 (ekosheme)<\/strong>, koji podsti\u010du ciljeve kvaliteta i kvantiteta i stimuli\u0161u <strong>poljoprivredu sa manjim uticajem na vodu<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-11\"> [11]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Gde i koliko se navodnjava<\/h3>\n<p>Podaci Eurostata pokazuju da je pribli\u017eno <strong>5.9% poljoprivrednih povr\u0161ina<\/strong> bilo navodnjavano (poslednji kompletni ciklus \u2013 2016). Italija i \u0160panija prednja\u010de po povr\u0161inama pod navodnjavanjem. A\u017euriranje metodologije (IFS 2023) planirano je za 2026. Navodnjavanje u <strong>mediteranskom basenu<\/strong> podr\u017eava masline, vinograde, industrijski paradajz, povrtarske kulture i prole\u0107ne \u017eitarice, uglavnom putem <strong>kap po kap ili pritisnih sistema<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-11\"> [11]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Ponovna upotreba kao klju\u010dni izvor (primer \u0160panije)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Murcia<\/strong> <strong>reciklira<\/strong> pribli\u017eno <strong>98% komunalnih otpadnih voda<\/strong>, \u010dime pokriva oko <strong>15% potreba za navodnjavanjem<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-12\"> [12]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Analize ukazuju na <strong>izazove i re\u0161enja<\/strong> vezane za salinitet, nove zaga\u0111iva\u010de i institucionalne modele, ali i potvr\u0111uju <strong>ekonomsku i ekolo\u0161ku odr\u017eivost<\/strong>, uklju\u010duju\u0107i povra\u0107aj nutrijenata i smanjenje emisija u lancu snabdevanja, u skladu sa <strong>Regulation (EU) 2020\/741<\/strong><sup><a href=\"#ref-13\"> [13]<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Evropske analize pokazuju da poljoprivreda \u010dini oko <strong>28% ukupnih zahvatanja vode u EU<\/strong>.
