This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by French law to the extent permitted by law.

10.2

Failing amicable resolution of any potential disputes, and in the absence of an express agreement between You and Us, disputes that cannot be settled amicably relating to the collection and processing of your Personal Data and to this Privacy Policy—concerning its validity, interpretation, performance, consequences and aftermath—shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts, in accordance with the procedural rules applicable to the case at hand.
