In 2025, our Gender Equality Index reached 79/100, reflecting our ongoing efforts to promote pay equity.
Score breakdown:
- Pay gap: 39/40
We continue to implement a compensation policy based on the objective evaluation of skills and responsibilities in order to ensure lasting equity between women and men.
- Increase rate gap: 35/35
- Return from maternity leave: 0/15
Upon return from maternity leave, we will pay particular attention to updating the scope of the position and ensuring that compensation is aligned accordingly, in order to guarantee a return under fully equitable conditions.
- High salaries: 5/10
For positions with significant responsibilities, we will promote greater gender balance by ensuring that qualified female candidates are identified and, when qualifications are equal, by valuing diversity to strengthen balance among the highest salaries.
Our compensation policy is based on three key principles: recognition of skills, alignment with the responsibilities of each role, and consistency with market trends. We ensure internal equity by evaluating skills and performance objectively, without distinction of gender.
