Which certifies our alignment with the principles of social responsibility defined by the ISO 26000 standard.

Sustainable development

Acting for the transition to a sustainable and soil-friendly agriculture

As regenerative agriculture is at the core of our ambition for a transition toward sustainable practices, our entire project is based on sustainable development. Thus, more than 50% of dry matter is derived from natural materials and the destruction rate of the finish product is inferior to 5%.

Elicit Plant is committed to establishing a decarbonization plan.

Our website is environmentally friendly.

Rainwater is collected and reused.

The dry matter content from natural materials is over 50%.

Our efforts in reducing environmental impact and developing bio-based solutions have earned us B Corp certification, a testament to our commitment to sustainable agriculture.

At Elicit Plant, we retain our employees through secure contracts and company participation. We are committed to rejecting all forms of discrimination. Our active employee representative committee (CSE) maintains regular communication with company leadership.

Everywhere we are established, Elicit plant must contribute to the local development. Indeed, we want our presence to be beneficial for local economies and communities in France, Brazil, and Ukraine.

Our headquarters are located in a rural area to develop products that meet our customers’ needs. In this region, we preserve local heritage and contribute to economic development.

100% of our renovation and repair work is carried out by local craftsmen.

When it comes to commitment, it’s important to give what we have the least. That’s why we aim to dedicate time to volunteering through the company’s involvement in a cause. This project aligns with one of our commitments under the Lucie 26000 certification.
