ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by French law to the extent permitted by law.

Failing an amicable resolution of any disputes, and absent an express agreement between You and Us, disputes that cannot be resolved amicably relating to the collection and processing of your Personal Data and to this Privacy Policy—its validity, interpretation, performance, consequences, and aftermath—shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts, in accordance with the procedural rules applicable to the case at hand.
